About The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own customer-facing product areas that shape how 1,500+ customers use our platform daily. You’ll lead features like our portal, reporting tools, tax & compliance workflows, and data validation systems, supporting billions in loan volume. You’ll join a growing Product team, partnering closely with the Director of Product to drive strategy and roadmap. Our customers range from private lenders to fund managers, municipalities, and non-profits, giving you exposure to diverse use cases at scale. This role offers strong ownership for a senior IC ready for strategic work, with clear growth into management for high performers. What You'll Do Strategic Product Ownership: • Own product strategy and roadmap for your domain in partnership with Director of Product • Drive prioritization — balance customer requests, strategic initiatives, and technical debt • Define and track success metrics tied to retention, adoption, and revenue impact • Make tough trade-off decisions on what to build, what to defer, and what to kill Cross-Functional Partnership • Partner with Customer Success and Support to understand pain points, churn drivers, and adoption barriers • Collaborate with Sales to identify competitive gaps and revenue opportunities • Coordinate with Engineering on technical approach, capacity planning, and delivery • Drive go-to-market efforts for major features Execution Excellence • Transform customer feedback and business needs into clear product requirements • Own your backlog — prioritize based on customer impact, business value, and feasibility • Drive features from discovery through launch, ensuring quality and adoption • Balance new feature development with operational stability and technical debt Customer & Market Focus • Develop deep expertise in loan servicing operations and customer workflows • Conduct customer research and discovery to validate problem/solution fit • Build relationships with strategic customers to gather feedback and validate direction • Translate diverse customer needs into scalable product solutions Qualifications • 4-8 years product management experience with proven success in B2B SaaS • Track record of owning product strategy and roadmap for complex, multi-stakeholder products • Exceptional prioritization judgment — you know how to make tough trade-offs and protect the roadmap • Strong strategic thinking — you can see the big picture while managing execution details • Excellent stakeholder management — you build trust and alignment across teams • Customer-centric mindset — you deeply understand customer needs and advocate for their experience • Technical aptitude — you can work effectively with engineering on complex systems and technical decisions Nice to Have • Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries • Domain knowledge in lending, loan servicing, or financial operations • Experience with customer-facing products, portals, or self-service platforms • Track record of driving measurable impact on customer retention, NPS, or product adoption • Experience working with reporting, data exports, or compliance-sensitive features Why Join Us? • Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000 OTE • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. • 401(k) with company funded match. • Mission-driven company with a 45+ year legacy and industry-leading products trusted by thousands of lenders. • Collaborative, supportive team known for long tenure, deep expertise, and a culture built on trust and integrity. • Help modernize and evolve the leading platform in private lending technology. • Beautiful Huntington Beach or San Mateo office with a tight-knit culture. • Competitive compensation and room for professional growth. • Performance-based bonuses. • Generous PTO. • Modern workspace with on-site amenities. • Awesome company Christmas party.
