A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Project Manager to help support their business needs. This role will serve as the primary liaison between U.S.-based headquarters and Consultation Center (Call Center) operations in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, the Project Manager bridges domestic strategy and offshore execution. Rather than overseeing day-to-day tactical activities of offshore staff, this position drives performance through a dedicated Offshore Team Lead, ensuring the international partnership operates efficiently, remains compliant, and stays aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities • Serve as the central liaison between US leadership and the offshore liaison supporting the Philippines-based call center • Ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution between domestic strategy and offshore operations • Monitor, analyze, and report on offshore team KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and performance opportunities • Manage the relationship with the offshore Team Lead, providing strategic direction, feedback, and necessary resources • Standardize workflows and communication protocols to improve operational efficiency and reduce friction across regions • Ensure offshore teams maintain high service standards aligned with the US-based brand and compliance requirements • Deliver regular performance updates to executive stakeholders, translating operational data into actionable business insights • Identify and resolve communication bottlenecks between the US and the Philippines teams • Support consistent service delivery across all operational shifts Skills And Qualifications • 3-5+ years of Project Management experience • Experience working within a call center, BPO, or international operations environments • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance improvements • Experience managing cross-functional or international teams without direct reporting authority • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to navigate time zone differences and cultural nuances effectively • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement structured improvements Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with offshore teams based in the Philippines • Automotive industry experience • Experience working in SLA- and KPI-driven operational environments Hours and Location: • M-F, 40 hours/week • Hybrid in Warren, MI - 3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week An Equal Opportunity Employer.
