In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support. Issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents. Process endorsements and renewals. Maintain accurate client records.
