AVP of Sales for North America Location: 100% Remote We are looking for Sales that come from the staffing and projects selling space Salary Range: $150k - $160K Responsibilities Prospecting and Outreach: Initiating contact with leads and potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.). • Presenting and Demonstrating: Clearly and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products/services, potentially conducting product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of the prospect. • Needs Assessment and Solution Design: Actively listening to potential customers, identifying their challenges ("pain points"), and proposing solutions that align with their business needs. • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully navigating sales conversations, overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and ultimately securing new contracts and deals. • Sales Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential deals, meticulously documenting interactions and updating CRM systems. • Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and adapting sales strategies for new client acquisition and contributing to outbound prospecting processes. • Industry Knowledge: Staying abreast of new trends and technologies affecting the industry and the company's offerings.
