Job Overview Build and manage new business related to Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine at Americas, mainly at US, utilizing our subsidiary called Eu Yan Sang, together with VP new business development. Duties • Study herbal medicine / food and dietary supplement market at US • Study Eu Yan Sang and its products • Build a suitable business strategy and model to launch business successfully • Finding and contract with external partners to start business • Make financial targets and control to achieve • Work with relevant people internally and externally to start business • Build an online platform with relevant partners • Complete sales and marketing activities to promote business Experience • BS Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. MBA is a plus. • Knowledge about US consumer insight required. • Knowledge related to the food and dietary supplement market in US required. • Experience in marketing female OTC Pharmaceuticals and CPGs preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in the new business development field. • 5-7 years progressive experience in marketing and sales. • Bilingual. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in both languages. • Work independently without micromanagement. • Active, Passionate, Honest, Follow instructions.
