About The MedSpa Society The MedSpa Society is a boutique branding and marketing agency specializing in helping MedSpas, IV Therapy Clinics, Functional Medicine, and Wellness practices grow profitably. From brand development and digital strategy to paid advertising and client retention, we deliver agency-level solutions that help our clients thrive in the competitive cash-pay medical aesthetics space. We’re seeking a full-time, remote Client Success / Project Manager to support the agency owner in overseeing client projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and to the high creative and strategic standard our clients expect. Role Overview The Client Success / Project Manager will serve as the central point of communication between the agency, clients, and internal team. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands marketing, operations, and client experience in an agency environment. You will manage multiple projects across branding, social media, direct marketing, and paid advertising campaigns—while ensuring smooth execution and strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Project Management & Operations • Manage day-to-day client projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. • Coordinate internal workflows, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed to agency standards. • Support the agency owner with planning, strategy, and quality control on deliverables. • Client Success & Communication • Serve as the client-facing point of contact for assigned projects. • Provide proactive updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage. • Translate client goals into clear deliverables, timelines, and KPIs. • Marketing Strategy & Execution • Collaborate on brand development and digital marketing strategy for clients. • Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, direct marketing, and paid advertising (Meta Ads expertise required). • Stay ahead of trends in aesthetics, wellness, and digital marketing, bringing insights and recommendations to clients and the team. • AI & Digital Tools Integration • Leverage AI tools to support project execution, content development, and reporting. • Manage CRM and automation workflows in GoHighLevel (Connect CRM). • Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to support reporting and analytics. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency or similar client-facing project management role. • Strong background in brand development, digital strategy, and agency operations. • Hands-on experience managing social media, direct marketing, and paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads expertise required). • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (Asana, Airtable, GoHighLevel). • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting dashboards. • Experience using AI tools to support agency and client initiatives. • Excellent client communication skills—able to present ideas, manage feedback, and build trust. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
