Headhunter Responsibilities & Duties • Identifying potential candidates through a variety of methods, including job postings • Screening and assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to determine fit with agency requirements • Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to gather detailed information on work history, goals, and qualifications • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agency owners and candidates to ensure successful placements • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure candidates receive the best possible service • Providing exceptional customer service and support to both our Agency Owners and candidates throughout the recruitment process • Collaborating with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise Headhunter Qualifications & Skills • Previous extensive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition • Strong industry-specific knowledge • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a recruitment or headhunting role • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • A proven track record of successfully placing top-tier candidates in a variety of industries • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • A high degree of ethics, integrity, and professionalism • A deep understanding of the recruitment industry and current trends and best practices • A passion for helping clients and candidates achieve their goals Salary will be based on a flat rate hourly rate plus commission dependent on the hire rate expectation of 95% of candidates presented will be hired.
