Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Automation & Content Associate plays a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, Account-Based Marketing programs, and multi-channel content activation. The position blends hands-on campaign execution with marketing automation and performance tracking to support scalable growth. Role Responsibilities Marketing Automation & Campaign Support • Build and support Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) campaigns and nurture programs • Assist with segmentation, scoring, and lifecycle workflows • Support outreach aligned to Business Development workflows • Coordinate webinar and event campaigns, including emails, landing pages, reminders, and follow-up • Maintain CRM data accuracy, tagging, and basic reporting Content Enablement • Repurpose existing content (webinars, insights, research) into emails, campaign assets, and social copy • Support account-based and audience-specific content initiatives • Maintain campaign and editorial calendars • Collaborate with external and internal teams to support timely, compliant content delivery Analytics & Optimization • Track campaign engagement and funnel performance • Assist with dashboards and reporting tied to marketing activity and growth outcomes • Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution and efficiency • Share insights and performance updates with the marketing team Required Experience • 2–5 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign execution, or content marketing • Experience in financial services, professional services, B2C or B2B environments preferred • Proficient with Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), Google Analytics, and paid media platforms • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once • Strong writing and editing skills • Curious about marketing technology, data, and emerging tools • Collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-growing environment • Entrepreneurial mindset Role Information • Location: Chicago – 3 days in office required • Role Classification: Full-Time, Exempt – 40+ hours per week • Compensation: $90,000 - 100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
