Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with unique experiences in their field of interest while providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business.Marzetti is looking for an Intern to join the Engineering Team in the summer of 2026! Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist PMO Office Staff to draft and plan projects startups and executionAssist with Program/Project Planning Documents Collaborates with Project Managers to monitor Program's Progression and Budget Closely work with Project Managers to develop and design projects optimization initiativesAssist with development of Program and Project Milestones Provide administrative support to the PMO StaffContributes to project review meetings Actively contribute to process improvement initiativesNOURISH YOUR CAREER Over the course of our 12-week program, our interns will gain: Practical Experience: Take ownership in meaningful projects and share innovative ideas to gain relevant experience in Sauce & Dressings Manufacturing FacilitiesProfessional Development: Develop your professional network by connecting with colleagues, managers, and fellow interns through social activities, volunteer opportunities, and development sessions with company leadership. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONSEnrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Engineering Variant, Program ManagementDemonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experienceExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skillsDemonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutionsDemonstrates curiosity and initiativeDisplays a professional, positive attitude with team membersAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Project Basic Project and or Engineering Management skillsPlanisware or similar Project Planning ToolsGood presentation skills
