Location: Remote (US-based) Starting Salary: $60K Annual salary based on experience + 20% annual bonus Job Type: Full-Time Long Drink is a leading spirit based canned beverage backed by actor Miles Teller, DJ Kygo and golfer Rickie Fowler, is expanding its footprint and is looking to hire a Operations Coordinator to support our rapidly growing brand. Job Description: Long Drink is looking for an operations coordinator who will lead out-bound logistics and provide oversight for our team in executing all aspects of the order fulfillment and freight processes. The coordinator will help us increase performance, capability, robustness and sophistication of our out-bound supply-chain. As part of the operations team you will play a key role in delivering Long Drink to our customers, reliably, consistently, on time, in full and without issue - helping us deliver the best possible service and value to our customers. Job Responsibilities: Distributor Sales Order Management – Receive, confirm, organize and track all distributor sales orders that are received from our customers. Data Analysis - Review case quantities on orders against distributor days on hand inventory and open orders and flag any orders that need to be increased to sales managers. Order efficiency - Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure that all orders are at or above MOQ for said distributor. Order Processing - Input customer orders into the ERP system daily and verify all data is accurate and orders are processed in a timely manner. Logistics - Assign shipments to 3PL freight partners according to best contracted rates and schedule outbound freight shipments Scheduling Communications - Serve as a liaison between distributors, co-packer and 3PLs to streamline and resolve any appointment, scheduling or delivery issues. Order Fulfillment - Once orders have been shipped, review BOL against the confirmed sales order for accuracy and immediately fulfill the order in our system. Then, confirm it shipped for the finance team to process invoices for each shipment. BOL Management - Store and organize each and every BOL in our ERP system under to corresponding transaction in the platform Inventory Management & Transfer Orders - Review and analyze inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are met to fulfill all upcoming orders and process inventory transfers on an as needed basis. Reporting - Review inventory levels on hand and report weekly days on hand numbers to the ops team to ensure we are constantly tracking depletions. Freight Savings - Analyze storage and inventory transfer costs to identify cost saving opportunities. Customer service - Investigate and address all shipping discrepancies, delays and damage claims with customers, co-packer and 3PLs. Quarterly RFP - Manage Long Drink’s quarterly freight RFP process with a network of new and existing carriers to lock in contractual freight rates and capture freight savings. General Operations - Assist the operations team in ad hoc projects related to supply-chain and operations. Job Requirements BA Degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years working experience in order fulfillment/logistics for a CPG company preferred Candidate must have qualities Analytical problem solver Extreme attention to detail Effective communicator Proactive Very organized Fast Learner Responsiveness Strong ability to read data
