About Us The LOLA AZ is Glendale’s premier destination for brunch, dinner, nightlife, and over-the-top celebrations. With a unique mix of Arizona flair and Miami club energy, The LOLA AZ is where social media meets real-life experiences. We’re expanding our team of Social Media Promoters — energetic, outgoing individuals who know how to turn Instagram likes, comments, and messages into confirmed reservations. Job Summary As a Social Media Promoter, you’ll represent The LOLA AZ online by engaging with potential guests through social platforms. Using your LOLA-branded Instagram account, you’ll invite people to brunches, dinners, late nights, and special events — converting interactions into reservations through OpenTable. This is a performance-based, independent contractor role with flexible hours. Perfect for anyone who’s social media savvy, enjoys hospitality/nightlife, and wants to earn extra income on their own schedule. Responsibilities • Engage with social media users (likes, comments, messages) to promote reservations. • Use LOLA-provided sales scripts and weekly offers to encourage bookings. • Track all reservations with your unique promoter code via OpenTable. • Submit weekly booking tracker sheets for review. • Promote LOLA’s brand voice: fun, trendy, energetic, and celebratory. Requirements • Reliable internet access and a smartphone and/or tablet. • Active on Instagram/social platforms. • Comfortable sending DMs and engaging online. • Must create and use a LOLA-branded Instagram handle (e.g., “Name at The LOLA”). • Must be self-motivated and meet weekly cover minimum.
