Role Overview The AVP of Marketing is responsible for driving brand and revenue growth through digitally led marketing strategies that impact overall brand channel performance including retail and dot com. This role owns social and paid marketing, product education, and go-to-market execution, with full accountability for marketing performance, revenue impact, and budget management. Key Responsibilities • Own the overall marketing strategy with direct accountability for revenue growth, ROI, and marketing P&L • Lead social and paid marketing across platforms, driving acquisition, engagement, and conversion • Set the vision for product education, ensuring clear, compelling storytelling across all consumer touchpoints • Oversee campaign strategy, launch execution, and lifecycle marketing to support revenue goals • Manage marketing budgets, media spend, forecasting, and performance against revenue targets • Analyze performance data to optimize spend, messaging, and channel mix • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing teams and agency partners • Partner cross-functionally with ecommerce, product, creative, and finance to drive business results What We’re Looking For • Deep expertise in social, paid media, and digital growth marketing • Proven experience owning revenue goals, budgets, and P&L responsibility • Strong instinct for translating product benefits into effective consumer education • Strategic leader with hands-on execution capability Other Qualifications: • Marketing Experience of 15+ Years • Culture Forward Mindset • Great Communicator and Team Player Who is OK with pivoting
