What You’ll Do As a Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Implement our L.E.A.P. curriculum using fun, hands-on activities and beloved characters to make learning exciting Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates Communicate with families regularly about their child’s progress, milestones, and daily activities (including through our mobile app) Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development Help create a classroom where learning and play happen seamlessly every day What We’re Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Have a genuine passion for working with young children Have at least 6 months to 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred, not required for all roles) Have: An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or • A High School Diploma or GED (required) Are warm, patient, creative, and reliable Enjoy working as part of a team and growing in your role Positions Available Infant Teacher Toddler Teacher Two Year Old (Twos) Teacher Preschool Teacher Placement will be based on your experience, credentials, and preference.
