Job Description: • Responsible for building daily bonuses within the CRM platform • Ensure timely execution and accuracy of promotions • Support the CRM Ops team with execution and A/B testing setups • Utilize CRM tools to configure, test, and troubleshoot promotions • Foster cross-functional workstreams, partnering with Customer Support • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company guidelines • Provide operational support across a Thursday–Monday schedule Requirements: • Deep understanding of online casino and sportsbook customers • Extremely detail oriented • Highly organised and structured, with the ability to work at an incredible pace • Natural communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Genuine passion and understanding of what makes a great sports product • Understanding of the online sports landscape and market trends • Flexible schedule aligned to a Thursday–Monday work pattern • Previous experience in an iGaming Role is a plus Benefits: • Competitive pay and benefits • Flexible vacation allowance • Flexible work from home or office hours • Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand • Opportunity to drive informed decision making for a best-in-class brand
