Salary: $7/hr Booking Specialist (Entry-Level, Non-Attorney Salesperson Role) Location: Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, Honduras (Remote to In-Person) Overview At The Law Firm of Moumita Rahman, PLLC, we are committed to responsibility in achieving the best outcomes for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Booking Specialist to join our team in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This entry-level, non-attorney role will begin virtually (remote),and transition to an in-person role. As a Booking Specialist, your focus will be on conducting initial screenings with potential clients to determine if they meet the basic qualifications for our legal services. If you thrive in a role where your ability to connect with people and identify opportunities to help directly changes lives, we want to hear from you. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with significant earning potential and paid time off (PTO). This is a sales-focused position, you must be persuasive, consistent in your follow-up, and able to move potential clients forward confidently and ethically. You will be expected to meet specific weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals as part of your performance metrics. What Youll Do • Conduct initial screening calls with potential clients to determine if they have a qualifying immigration case. • Clearly and compassionately explain our services and gather essential information needed to assess eligibility. • Build rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to help. • Follow up with inquiries, reschedule missed appointments, and keep potential clients engaged in the process. • Accurately update CRM records and maintain an organized call and follow-up system. • Support the sales pipeline by driving qualified leads forward through persuasive and strategic communication. • Consistently meet individual performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. What Were Looking For • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in professional services or consultative sales environments. • Strong communication skills in English required; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. • Proven track record of engaging with prospects and contributing to successful conversions or deal progression. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse clients. • Comfortable discussing sensitive immigration matters with empathy and professionalism. • Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage organized sales processes. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve goals. • Must be based in Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with awareness that the role will begin remotely and transition to in-person.
