LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Healthcare Recruiter for a respected nonprofit healthcare provider that's making a real impact-and needs your help finding the right people to support their mission. This is a 4-6 month, onsite opportunity paying $32-$37/hour and is a great chance for you to roll up your sleeves and grow in full-cycle recruiting. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative, fun-loving team who's ready to mentor you while you help hire the clinical professionals that keep our communities healthy. LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance Contract Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities: • Recruit for a variety of roles, from nurses to caregivers and more • Source and screen candidates and move them quickly through the process • Use ADP and Indeed to track and manage applicants • Coordinate logistics: onboarding, start dates, health exams • Serve as a resource for candidates throughout the hiring journey Contract Healthcare Recruiter Requirements: • 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting a bonus!) • Positive attitude and hunger to learn • Organized, reliable, and ready to juggle competing priorities • Comfortable with tech and eager to dive into new tools • Enthusiastic about making a difference in people's lives This is more than just a contract, it's a chance to build confidence, learn best practices, and see the direct impact of your work.
