Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Counsel will serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team, overseeing all legal operations and ensuring the company's rapid growth remains both compliant and sustainable. You'll define and execute a proactive, scalable legal and compliance strategy that aligns with securities and financial regulations, while fostering innovation and speed across the business. In this role, you'll oversee corporate governance, financing activities, commercial agreements, intellectual property, and government relations. You'll also lead adoption of AI-driven legal tools to optimize workflows, accelerate contract management, and position the legal function as a true growth enabler. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive legal experience with a strong foundation in fintech, capital markets, or high-growth technology environments. You're a decisive, pragmatic leader with exceptional business judgment, capable of translating complex regulatory frameworks into actionable business strategies.
