This role supports Asana's mission by enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement and vendor relationships across the business. Reporting to the Managing Commercial Counsel, Procurement, this role partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Privacy, Security, and other teams to support inbound commercial contracting and vendor onboarding. The Commercial Counsel will play a key role in helping the company scale its operations while protecting Asana's values and business interests. Staying current on relevant legal and regulatory developments-and translating them into clear guidance for the business-is also an important part of the role. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial contracting experience, sound legal and business judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative legal team and make a meaningful impact on how a leading work management platform partners with vendors globally. Company Website: asana.com
