This is a remote position. Are you a client services professional who thrives on building relationships and driving results? Our client, a highly respected agency, is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to take lead on high-profile B2B accounts in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device space. This is a fully remote role, however, candidates must currently reside on the West Coast (PST or MST time zones only). As a Sr. Account Executive, you’ll be at the center of it all - the trusted partner clients rely heavily upon to manage campaigns from big ideas to flawless execution. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are clearly communicated and met. Oversee day-to-day project management, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals. Draft and distribute client-facing materials such as conference reports, creative briefs, and status updates. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to translate client objectives into actionable work. Monitor project workflows, proactively identifying risks or delays and driving solutions to keep campaigns on track. Manage external vendors and partners as needed. Support brand strategy initiatives through research, presentations, and ongoing campaign optimization. Partner with account team members to provide mentorship and assist on cross-team projects when needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 4+ years of experience in an account/client service focused role. Agency experience required. Experience with B2B heavy accounts + campaign strategy Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment. Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to instill confidence and lead discussions. Exceptional attention to detail, especially with technical products or highly regulated industries. Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex feedback into clear action. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Acrobat experience a plus. Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused with the ability to thrive under pressure.
