No sponsorship available. Onsite: This role is fully onsite. About the Role We are seeking a true Cloud Strategist—not just an architect—who can define and drive enterprise-wide cloud transformation. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, security-first mindset, and experience in finance, banking, or fintech. You will set global standards, lead modernization initiatives, and partner with leadership on strategy, governance, and enablement programs. What You’ll Do • Define and execute enterprise cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Collaborate with technology teams to align roadmaps and drive execution planning. • Lead complex projects, oversee resources, and recommend major process improvements. • Apply expertise in cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and modern architecture to guide decisions. • Communicate technical strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Act as a consultant for business units, enabling cloud adoption and knowledge sharing. What You’ll Need • 8+ years in public/private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • 6+ years with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and version control (Git/GitHub). • Strong SDLC knowledge, deployment methodologies, QA processes, and performance tuning. • Experience designing high availability and disaster recovery solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Bonus Points • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, CIFS). • Experience working in matrix teams across infrastructure and development groups. • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
