Client: Wells Fargo Role: Business Execution Consultant 2 – Supporting Portfolio Management Agile Teams Supporting Location: STL preferred, CLT secondary About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking support for our Portfolio Management Platform team. We have a number of key initiatives supporting the advisory business and the advisory supervision for which various levels of project management and analysis support is needed. In this role, you will: · Support the Delivery Leads currently managing Portfolio Management initiatives. · Support Product Owners with needed project management activities · Provide project management support for the specific initiatives under our Advisor Directed sub-accounts in Personalized UMA accounts effort · Produce and update delivery timelines, coordinate status updates, and help communicate key risks and dependencies that have been identified · Work on status reports, Powerpoint presentations, and data analysis in support of these initiatives · Provide general support to Product Owners as needed. Required Qualifications: • 6+ months of Project Management and Business Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: • Knowledge and understanding of securities industry and advisory • Experience in project management • Strong collaboration and partnership skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills • Ability to manage process improvement initiatives • Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business process, and implement change, documentation of procedures
