Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager (I) Project Overview Role Review The team is seeking a mid-level Operations Program Manager (3-12 years of experience) who is: • Strong in communication, with familiarity in bug tracking and task management tools as a helpful plus. • Comfortable handling repetitive operations work with consistency and accuracy. Nature of Work • Operations-heavy, administrative role (not strategic or technical). • Core focus on bug triage, ticket routing, compliance tracking, and coordination . • Supporting critical product launch deadlines with high attention to detail. Team Overview • Part of a security and privacy-focused team within a larger technology platform. • Responsible for platform security across devices and services. • Key workstreams: security triage, supply chain, compliance . • Scope includes hardware ecosystem components (e.g., crypto ceremonies, key transport events). • Candidate will collaborate closely with a small team (~4 members). Candidate Requirements Experience • Years of experience: 3-12 years • Degree: Bachelor's not mandatory; equivalent experience acceptable. Background • Strong preference for candidates from the technology industry (scale of problems, mindset fit). • Business operations or product support backgrounds are acceptable if aligned with the operations-heavy nature of the role. • Prior experience at large-scale tech companies is a plus. Skills • Must-have (non-negotiable): • Excellent communication skills - primary requirement due to extensive interaction. • Familiarity with bug tracking and task flow tools. • Comfort with repetitive, administrative operations work. • Good-to-have: • Awareness of cybersecurity context. • Prior experience in large-scale tech environments.
