Senior Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate insurance, particularly in managing large, complex accounts. Compensation Package • Base Salary: Up to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience • Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of high-value real estate insurance accounts, including habitational and multi-billion-dollar layered and shared programs. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. • Handle day-to-day service needs, proactively addressing challenges, and managing complex client interactions. • Collaborate with producers, associate producers, marketing teams, and claims teams to deliver seamless service. • Quote and renew business, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. • Oversee a book of business comprising 10-20 accounts, with support from other team members. • Provide strategic insights and solutions to optimize account performance and client outcomes. Qualifications/Requirements • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on real estate insurance and habitational accounts. • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing complex, layered, and shared insurance programs. • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with AMS360 or similar account management systems. • Licenses/Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses or designations are preferred. • Soft Skills: • Strong relationship management and communication skills. • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism. • Team-oriented and collaborative approach. • High level of accountability and commitment to excellence. #LI-RM10
