Job Description Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role involves servicing personal insurance accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies, while delivering exceptional customer support. Compensation Package • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) Responsibilities • Provide full-service support for personal insurance accounts, including quoting, renewals, and policy maintenance. • Respond to customer inquiries, process policy changes, and assist with claims handling in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain accurate account records using an agency management system. • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of service.
