Job Description Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the growth of the department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Compensation Package • Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience. • Incentives: 10% commission on new business in the first year. • Benefits: Comprehensive Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance fully covered by the company. • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with a 3% company match, eligible after one year of employment. • Continuing Education: Reimbursement for professional coursework and certifications. Responsibilities • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and Flood policies. • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers. • Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately. • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment. • Stay updated on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications/Requirements • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) / Personal Lines (PL) license is highly preferred. Candidates without a license must obtain one immediately after hire. • Experience: Prior experience with standard personal lines insurance accounts is required. Knowledge of high-net-worth accounts is a plus but not mandatory. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred. • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Work Environment: This is an in-office position with no remote work or travel required.
