Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing large accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements. Compensation Package • Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually • Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. • Quote new and renewal business, collaborating with carriers and underwriters. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members. • Provide white-glove service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system. • Contribute to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications/Requirements • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-8 years preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems. • Soft Skills: • Professionalism and accountability. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. • A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting team success. • Confidence and a positive attitude. • Work Environment: Primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements.
