Job Description: • Develop and execute category strategies for Secondary Packaging, Sanitation, and Quality Control • Lead the full sourcing lifecycle—spend analysis, supplier evaluation, RFP development • Serve as the primary liaison between procurement and operations • Manage key supplier relationships and lead performance reviews • Support plants with procurement process and policy adherence Requirements: • Bachelor's degree is required (Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or other relevant is preferred) • 5 years of experience in procurement or category management • Strong negotiation, analysis, communication, and influencing skills • Highly organized with strong execution capability • Proficient with ERP and procurement tools • Experience with indirect categories • Ability to engage with stakeholders and senior leadership to communicate category strategies Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development
