JD degree, licensed to practice law, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, minimum 5 years legal and compliance investigations experience, and strong project management skills.
Your Opportunity at the Senior Corporate Counsel, Investigations Lead investigations on Our Commitment to Integrity: Our Code and Company policy related matters, conducting routine compliance incident reviews and root cause analysis assessments, and developing, recommending and implementing appropriate remedial activities. Ensure consistent application of our best practices and trends and works collaboratively with Legal, Labor Relations and Employee Relations leaders to continuously improve compliance investigation methods and develop consistent and equitable discipline and incentives. Location: Working Remote, U.S. Work Arrangements: remote, travel 25% annually In this role, you will: Work collaboratively with Legal, Labor Relations and Employee Relations to continuously improve and refine investigation processes and policies and develop related trainings and materials Develop investigation plans, conduct investigations, and provide routine updates to the VP, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and senior leaders Assist in the development of materials and briefings for Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors Develop and implement remediation plans to address compliance issues Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidance concerning investigations, remediation, and related issues Monitor regulatory and legal compliance-related developments Provide regular updates on investigations and findings to the VP, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and other senior leadership Manage compliance professionals and provide for their continued engagement and development.
