Sales Development Associate (Remote) This position is responsible for outbound sales prospecting of biopharma companies and academic institutions. Using in-depth knowledge and expert technical skills, generates and qualifies new and existing leads and moves them through the sales pipeline until they are ready to talk to their Account Sales Representative. This position will focus on delivering a personalized customer experience that will result in long-term customer relationships, strengthen JAX's reputation, and drive business growth. The salary range is $65,018 - $108,857. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities (What you contribute): Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by research to deliver a personalized message that clearly states JAX Values from the perspective of the customer. Profile MQLs and existing customers to refine lead scoring Perform personalized (1:1) lead outreach through individual prospect research Leverage A/B testing on outreach messaging by working closely with the Content team Establish a relationship with prospects and provide a warm handoff to sales Support demand generation campaigns, i.e., events and webinars, by working closely with prospects to increase campaign response rates Identify and create target company lead lists by collaborating with sales executives to identify key decision-makers and buyers in target accounts. Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport with customers Schedule discussions with potential customers by collaborating with Account Sales Representative to successfully attain the partnership Coordinate outbound prospecting to include researching accounts and identifying key players to build prospect lists Capture all activity related to a lead/contact on their Salesforce record Work with field sales and marketing operations to collaborate on strategy and provide feedback for improvement. Hit monthly outreach, meetings, lead-to-sales handoff, and pipeline generated goals. Identify Ideal Customer Profiles and work with marketing operations to update the lead funnel. Responsible for on-boarding training programs coordination for Sales Development Associates Designate roles and responsibilities for daily Sales Development Associates activities Define yearly performance goals aligned with organization core and job related KPIs Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 years of relevant experience, 5+ years preferred.
