Description Job Summary The Logistics / Inventory Coordinator is responsible scheduling inbound and out bound logistics through coordination with the client, end customers, and transportation partners. This position will schedule and release internal work to the warehouse to receive, pick, pack and ship material. This position will also develop and deploy Inventory cycle count schedules. General Duties, and Responsibilities • Schedule inbound shipments, coordinate with the client and transportation partners. • Develop internal order fulfilments schedules (pick, pack, and ship) via the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Coordinate outbound shipments by coordinating with the client, end customers, and transportation partners. • Develop and deploy Inventory cycle count schedules Via the WMS. • Coordinate associate scheduling with Warehouse supervisors. • Identify and resolve WMS issues following WMS processes. Requirements Requirements • High school diploma • At least 1 year experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. • At least 6 months’ experience with computers. • At least 6 months’ experience in Warehouse Management systems, or MRP / ERP Competencies/Skills • Assertive and clear written and oral communication. • Detailed oriented, organized, and able to problem solve. • Ability to work independently and team-orientated, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside of TIG.
