Full Description

Workday Functional Analyst – HCM & Benefits We are seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to support the post–go-live phase of a Workday implementation. You will play a key role in system stabilization, issue resolution, business process optimization, and ensuring alignment between Workday configurations and existing HR workflows. This initiative will also help strengthen internal Workday expertise, reducing long-term external dependency. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on support for Workday business processes such as hiring, onboarding, compensation adjustments, and benefits enrollment. • Troubleshoot workflow and routing issues to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations. • Partner with HR staff and managers to explain new processes, system behavior, and navigation. • Monitor system usage and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization. • Conduct gap analyses between current processes and Workday capabilities. • Document, configure, and implement approved system changes. • Align Workday configurations with established HR workflows and compliance requirements. • Support cyclical HR events such as open enrollment, compensation cycles, and workforce planning. • Validate data integrity across modules and assist with clean-up initiatives. • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR leadership. Preferred Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with Workday modules in Benefits, Compensation, and Core HCM. • Solid understanding of HR operations and process design. • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Expected Deliverables: • Weekly status updates outlining progress, issue resolution, and recommendations. • Documentation of recurring issues with suggested improvements. • Updated configuration and workflow documentation as needed. • Training guides or job aids for HR teams (when requested). #TECHIND
