• Location: Austin • Remote: Hybrid • Type: Direct Hire • Job #19990 Solutions Delivery Manager (Hands-On) - Hybrid Austin, Tx We're looking for a hands-on Solutions Delivery Manager who enjoys building, delivering, and improving technology solutions while also guiding a small delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who can roll up their sleeves, contribute directly, and keep work moving forward across planning, implementation, and support. What You'll Do • Lead and contribute directly to the delivery of technology solutions from design through implementation. • Work hands-on with system integrations, data flows, and solution design. • Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across engineers, analysts, and QA partners. • Translate business needs into practical technical approaches and delivery plans. • Support cloud-based, modern architectures and help improve existing systems. • Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog planning, and prioritization. • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while maintaining personal delivery ownership. • Help troubleshoot issues and support solutions after launch. What You Bring • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, solution implementation, or systems integration. • Proven hands-on experience designing or implementing technical solutions. • 1 to 3 years of experience leading or mentoring team members in a delivery or project setting. • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration patterns. • Working knowledge of data pipelines, system integrations, and reporting workflows. • Comfort working in Agile or iterative delivery environments. • Strong communication skills and a practical, delivery-focused mindset. • AWS experience with services such as Lambda, S3, API's, and cloud-native integration patterns. • Experience handing sensitive financial data and PII with appropriate security and controls.
