Independently develop and consistently redesign/refactor product to adapt to customer and associate needs. Involved in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring. Mentor less experienced engineers. Develop test suites to enable success and rapid deployment of code to production. Collaborate with other team members in agile processes. Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are valuable, developer ready, easy to understand and testable. Deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks, and leading technical discussions. Telecommuting available. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered on in a related occupation. Alternate combination of education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related field. 2 years of experience in the following skills are required: Java/J2EE RESTful API Spring Struts Gradle Maven React JS Python XML Linux Windows Benefits offered include health care benefits, 401K, ESPP, paid time off, and success sharing bonus.
