This is a W2 full-time position with hourly paid training, a competitive base salary plus commission, and long-term career potential in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is a position working on site, and requires weekend availability to work our retail marketing & sales events. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Engage with potential customers in both retail and field marketing settings to promote products and services. • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing. • Build brand awareness through community outreach, event marketing, and lead generation. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Track daily sales activities, follow up on leads, and update CRM systems. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and targeted marketing strategies. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development workshops. • Maintain detailed knowledge of products, services, and competitive positioning. • Assist in territory management and goal planning to maximize results. • Work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) to meet customer demand. Required Skills & Qualifications • Prior experience in sales, marketing, account management, business development, or customer service preferred but not required. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable transportation for regular travel within the assigned territory. • Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
