This is a high-visibility role supporting a dynamic leader at the helm of a fast-paced, client-driven organization. You're the calm in the storm: steady, strategic, and always ahead of the curve. You take ownership, deliver flawlessly, and elevate every interaction with professionalism and poise. The Job You'll manage day-to-day operations for the Managing Partner, ensuring that every detail-calendar, communication, and project-runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll act as the central hub of coordination across teams, helping transform priorities into action. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings • Oversee the Managing Partner's inbox, prioritizing and tracking follow-up items • Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and events • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison between the Managing Partner, staff, clients, and partners • Coordinate business travel, offsite meetings, and firm events • Track priorities, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure follow-through on key initiatives • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations • Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to support firm objectives and special projects About You • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Exceptional communication and writing skills • Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with QuickBooks, FileVine, or similar platforms is a plus • Bachelor's degree preferred • Bilingual in Spanish a plus Perks & Benefits • Base Comp: $120-$130K /year • Direct partnership with senior leadership in a highly respected professional firm • Dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to take ownership and grow • Collaborative and supportive culture that values precision, professionalism, and initiative If you're a polished, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in high-stakes environments and loves being the steady force behind an executive's success, we'd love to hear from you.
