Job Summary The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for leading and delivering complex portfolios, programs, and projects stemming from the enterprise strategy process. This role partners with Finance, Strategy, HR, Legal, IT, and other business functions as needed to advance the company’s strategic priorities. This role serves as the primary project manager for M&A enablement, supporting all phases of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The Senior Manager works closely with the Corporate Development team to drive continuous improvement of the M&A process and seamless execution of transactions. Success requires strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to develop governance, tools, and processes that create repeatable results, while working effectively with diverse stakeholders. Essential Job Functions * • Lead and deliver complex strategic programs, and projects that advance enterprise priorities. • Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, workstreams, milestones, and metrics. • Manage the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, planning, and post-close integration. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, plans, budgets, risks, and deliverables to drive execution. • Facilitate visibility to progress, risks, and outcomes through cadenced meetings and reporting. • Track synergies, benefits, and ROI for both strategic initiatives and M&A programs. • Develop and administer project and integration playbooks, tools, reports, and repositories. • Identify and resolve interdependencies and conflicts across programs and M&A transactions. • Drive continuous improvement of M&A processes, tools, and best practices. • Lead change management and cultural integration to support sustainable adoption and long-term success. • This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
