How You’ll Contribute As the liaison between the company and its clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will serve as the main point of contact, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally while building positive, long-lasting relationships. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues effectively, and communicate with confidence will be essential in strengthening trust and driving client retention. In this role, you will manage the full project cycle, including reviewing scopes of work with vendors, coordinating resources, and ensuring schedules and budgets are met. You’ll work closely with internal teams to mitigate risks, maintain accurate reporting, and oversee contract obligations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help you manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering quality results. You will also ensure all projects align with client business, building, and safety requirements, providing necessary documentation and maintaining compliance with security and health guidelines.
