Our Marketing team is seeking a temporary Creative Project Manager to help the institution efficiently review, activate, and manage a high volume of creative jobs within our project management platform. This position serves as a central coordinator, ensuring requests are properly scoped, prioritized, and routed, and that work moves smoothly from intake through fulfillment. The Creative Project Manager partners closely with internal clients from across the institution to clarify needs, timelines, and deliverables, while also coordinating daily workflow with our in-house team of designers. Projects span a wide range of creative outputs, including signage, marketing materials, wayfinding, printed pieces, menu boards, and other onsite and promotional assets. This role plays a critical operational support function, helping maintain momentum, organization, and clear communication across teams while ensuring creative work is delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with institutional priorities. This is a temporary, full-time role that starts immediately and continues for an undetermined amount of time, at least through March 2026. This is a hybrid/remote-friendly role. Essential Responsibilities • Review, activate, and manage incoming creative jobs within the project management platform (Workfront), ensuring each request is clearly defined, properly prioritized, and ready for execution. • Own assigned projects from activation through completion, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule. • Partner with internal clients across the institution to clarify scope, objectives, and requirements at intake and throughout the lifecycle of each job. • Coordinate closely with the in‑house design team to assign work, manage workload, and support efficient execution of multiple simultaneous projects. • Track project progress within the platform, proactively addressing issues, changes, or delays to keep work moving forward. • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates to support visibility, accountability, and effective communication. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2 or more years of product or resource management experience, ideally in a creative agency setting • Expert-level proficiency with Workfront software • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • General knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) Special Skills • Experience in resource management & planning • Comfortable with data, analytics, and reporting • Deep understanding of creative workflow and creative skillsets • Knowledge of integrated work including design, digital/web, social, media, video, broadcast, print production • Outstanding organizational, detail and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize according to changing deadlines • Intuitive problem solver with the ability to solve challenges • Self-directed with the ability to work under pressure • Strong communication skills Please note that this job description is subject to modifications at any time to meet the evolving requirements of our institution.
