1+ year call center or customer service experience, bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, professional phone demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description: • Call prospective customers and help them understand what we do and how we can help them. • Help troubleshoot problems with customers and providers. • Work with our development team on any requests on changes to any of our products. • Contribute ideas on how to streamline any of our customer service/success procedures. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by customer feedback surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Requirements: • Proficiency in both English and Spanish • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment • Professional phone demeanor • Strong passion for helping others and problem-solving • Must be 18 years of age or older • 1+ year of relevant experience in a call center/customer service or similar role • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!
