Facilities Coordinator – Hebrew Home for the Aged - Immediate Opportunity Join Our Team as a Facilities Coordinator at Hebrew Home for the Aged! RiverSpring Living is a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering older adults through a full continuum of care and innovative services. With a 32-acre campus overlooking the Hudson River and a workforce of 1,600, the organization provides nationally recognized services through the Hebrew Home at Riverdale, managed long-term care, assisted living, memory care, elder abuse prevention, and more. As the Facilities Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the Engineering and Facilities personnel including, the VP of Facilities, the Director of Facilities and the Asst. Director of Facilities and to an extent, all union personnel under the auspices of the in-house engineering department. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for administrative support. • Responsible for receiving, dispatching, and closing out service and maintenance work requests via email, phone, and MPulse™ Work Flow Management System. Management of the ComplyTrack™ Audit Management System. Keep up to date vendor compliance, including insurance and all documentation required by RiverSpring Health and Hebrew Home at Riverdale. • Coordination of all material and equipment purchase requests by engineering and via Procurement for the engineering team including proposals, and invoicing. Work directly with VP of Compliance on vendor compliance as required by all entities under the RiverSpring umbrella. Qualifications: • This position requires a High School diploma or equivalency, some college preferred, and a minimum of four years’ experience in a secretary/administrative assistant position in an office setting. • Excellent oral, analytical, and written communication skills as well as superior interpersonal skills to work as a team member with all levels of the organizations’ employee population required. • Excellent typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, as well as familiarity with database systems essential.
