The Job You will work 100% remotely, supporting others through our proven business framework. You will take on consulting/coaching tasks in order to help our clients think bigger, so they can achieve lasting success. We provide full training during the onboarding phase and ongoing mentoring for everyone joining our team. Key Responsibilities • One-on-one training/consulting • Building strong business relationships with your clients • Project management: you are responsible for each training/consulting project from start to finish • Using smart technology tools to assist marketing and business growth • Utilising our proven business model to achieve results • Working on your own terms, with the support of an experienced global team The candidate You have... • a strong interest in business growth/expansion • a strong interest in business psychology and/or business administration • at least 3+ years experience in business consulting/training or in an executive position • an entrepreneurial mindset • strong communication skills • a tendency to think outside the box You are... • fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) • dedicated, reliable, and open to work with people across cultures • comfortable working online and dedicated to achieving results outside the 9-5 framework • looking for a meaningful career • good at working autonomously • focused and willing to get results Note This is a performance-based opportunity.
