We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager for our Children's Homebased services with responsibility for the administrative and clinical functioning of multiple children’s programs. This will include the orientation, training, and clinical supervision of staff and any administrative functions necessary for the delivery of services to families enrolled in each of the programs. Responsibilities will also include any community liaison activities necessary to establish and maintain effective partnerships with community partners. Must have an understanding of different funding sources as they relate to specific programs and projects. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Due to the needs of the consumer and the program additional hours including evening weekends may also be required. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Based on the needs of the clients and the program, additional hours are expected including evening and weekends. Requirements: • Masters Degree in one of the mental health professions with one or more years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of children and families. • Licensed by the State of Michigan as an LMSW, LLP, or LPC. • At time of hire, must meet the criteria for Qualified Child Mental Health Professional consistent with current certification standards for children’s programs. • At least one year of experience supervising mental health programs that deliver services to multi-need families. • Must have some experience with program development and program evaluation. • Valid driver’s license and a favorable driving record.
