Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company. House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Monmouth, Middlesex, and Northern Ocean counties. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. • Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service • Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: • 2+ years of labor or customer service experience • Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry • Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems • Friendly personality and committed to great customer service • A strong work ethic and highly dependable • Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools • Valid driver's license Maintenance Technician, General Maintenance Technician, General Laborer, Technician, Carpenter, Tradesmen, Craftsman, Window Washer, Painter, Landscaper, Roofer, Apprentice, General Contractor, Home Improvement, Apprentice, General Contractor, Home Improvement Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour The Grout Medic is your solution for any type of tile restoration. We provide re-grouting, re-caulking, tile and grout cleaning and tile replacement services. The Grout Medic team is a nationwide franchise system of independent business owners who provide an alternative to remodeling for their local customers. Bringing Grout & Tile Back to Life!
