Role Overview: As a Sr Machine Learning Engineer on our Fintech Foundation team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models that drive innovation in financial technology. This role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a passionate team focused on transforming fintech solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models tailored for fintech applications. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions. - You will analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance. - You will lead the deployment and monitoring of ML models in production environments. - You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in ML engineering. - You will stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and fintech technologies. - You will troubleshoot and optimize existing ML systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, preferably within fintech or related industries. - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying ML models. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
