Job Details Job Location Minneapolis, MN Position Type Full-Time Salary Range $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift Any Description Cold Storage Warehouse Associate The Good Bread Company is looking for a motivated, hard-working, and skilled Cold Storage Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate will be asked to utilize their experience with forklifts, box trucks, and warehouse organization to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient cold storage warehouse facility. This includes, but is not limited to, forklift and pallet jack operation, box truck operation, communication with truck drivers for both shipments and deliveries, proper record keeping, and keeping accurate count of current inventories. Proper planning and organization is key to the success of this role and will help to create an efficient warehouse and define success in your role as a Warehouse Associate. What's in it for you? • Full-time hours • Competitive hourly wage • Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with a company match, and more!) • Paid holidays, vacation time (PTO), and paid sick leave (ESST) • Great company culture with a friendly team • Employee referral program Job Requirements: • High school diploma or GED preferred • 2 years of warehouse and forklift experience • 1 year of experience driving box trucks • Ability to work efficiently with minimal oversight • Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for duration of the shift • Must be able to bend, stoop, and move up to 50 pounds frequently • Must possess good hand-eye coordination to safely operate the forklift • Must have a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record - CDL not required, but great to have Duties and Responsibilities: • Safely operates the forklift according to the company's guidelines • Safely operates company vehicle in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines • Transports materials between company locations • Locates and pulls supplies for production team • Restocks products in assigned locations • Prepares product for transport • Reviews delivery and shipping labels for accuracy • Visually inspects all ingredients and takes temperature of dairy products according to stated specifications • Enters ingredient information into software programs • Labels ingredients with receiving date and stores them • Counts assigned inventory with great accuracy • Maintains safety and cleanliness in the warehouse • Ability to adapt to the needs of the business and assist in other areas of the bakery when needed The Good Bread Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
