This is an ideal opportunity for an early childhood education leader who enjoys mentoring teachers, supporting students, and contributing to a high-quality preschool environment. This role spends 60% or more of the workweek in classrooms, directly supporting teachers and children, ensuring instructional quality, classroom consistency, and positive learning experiences. When classroom support is not needed, the Assistant Director assists with administrative and operational responsibilities.
