Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class dining experience to our discerning members and their guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and club specifications Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep Assist with prep tasks including chopping, marinating, portioning, and labeling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently during busy service periods with a focus on quality and timing Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Support special events, private functions, and rooftop service as needed Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of line or prep cook experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen preferred Culinary school training or equivalent experience preferred Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude What We Offer: Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement Staff meals and access to exclusive club events A supportive team culture in a beautiful rooftop environment Professional development in a respected luxury hospitality setting
