The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, currently seeking a Field Commissioning Project Manager for a prominent client of ours, located in Southwest Atlanta, GA 30311. Details of the position are as follows: Shift Information: • Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Hybrid position! • Pay range starts at $46/hr! • 12-Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time. • Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. Job Description: • Position is primarily responsible for managing, developing, and implementing construction and commissioning projects of varying complexity in southwest Atlanta, GA. • Position will also be responsible for leading project planning sessions, establishing project performance goals, designing project plans, developing timelines, identifying milestones, and tracking progress against goals. • Position will be in charge of resolving project issues, monitoring and communicating project status, managing project risk, maintaining project documentation, and serving as the on-site safety lead. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree is required! • 3-5 years of construction project management experience is required! • Experience with commissioning of data centers, contact centers, or similar industrial/manufacturing sites is required! • Strong communication skills are required! • Ability to work in a fast-paced and organized environment is required! • Experience leading teams and providing developmental feedback is preferred! • Project budget management and risk assessment experience is preferred!
