Location : 200 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10010 3 months Months contract to start! This is a W2 Contract, with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time. Hours: Up to 40 hours per week Schedule: 8am-4pm, M-F Transportation: Travel to Office (In-Person Role) Qualifications • The purpose of these roles is to support a new project they have rolling out (a personal assistant type service) - Services offered are: LineHub, picking up laundry, pickup returns, booking workout class/reservation, if their kid forgot their backpack can someone pick it up and drop it off to the school etc. • Customer Experience: Working behind a computer doing a lot of admin/organizational tasks - helping individuals in the field (dashers completing the tasks themselves) • Background: Highly organized, comfortable working in Sheets, sending emails, experience in Customer Facing / Customer Support role • Will be managing the contractors in the field. Comfortable multitasking, organized, and able to handle multiple requests at the same time • Working hours: 8am-4pm • Sheets/Excel exp. Needs to be able to track the requests that come through the queue and assigning the fulfillment specialists to where they need to go and providing live status updates • Strong written communicator. Mix of inbound and outbound - but this is NOT a call center role.
