Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Flex is pioneering the world's first AI-powered operating system for short-term rentals. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive global adoption and lead marketing experiments across various channels, ultimately positioning Base360.ai as the leading platform in the industry. Responsibilities • Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists using smart automation. • Launch and optimize high-performing outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels. • Design, test, and iterate conversion-optimized funnels and landing pages. • Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and visuals to drive maximum engagement. • Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. • Build visibility and credibility within STR and SaaS communities. • Drive organic growth through SEO, webinars, and content-led strategies. • Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to boost activation and retention. • Collaborate with product and ops teams to refine onboarding and reduce churn. • Track and report on key metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI. • Launch weekly experiments: double down on what works, kill what doesn’t. • Translate data insights into actionable growth decisions. Skills • 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing. • Proven track record of running paid campaigns, outreach, and automation workflows. • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar. • Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data but fearless with creative risks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
